We are thrilled to share the latest progress update on our exclusive villa development in Bangtao, Phuket. We are pleased to inform you that construction on Villa 14 and Villa 2 is well underway, with both villas now approximately 32% and 36% complete, respectively. Since commencing work in mid-April, we have made significant strides. In the next 4-8 weeks, we anticipate completing all foundations, groundwork, slabs, walls, and roofs. This will pave the way for us to begin interior work and bring these luxurious villas to life. We are proud to report that recent flooding in the area did not impact our site, allowing us to continue construction ahead of schedule.
