Buying new-build in Phuket

Can foreigners buy property in Phuket?

Yes. Condominiums can be owned freehold by foreigners (up to 49% of a building's area). Villas are typically structured as leasehold land with freehold structure, or through a Thai company — your advisor explains both routes per project.

How do off-plan payment plans work?

Developers split payments across construction milestones — usually a reservation fee, 25–35% at contract and staged payments until handover. Full schedules are part of each project's price list, sent on request.

What does the 'from' price mean?

It is the lowest current developer price for the smallest unit type. Prices change weekly as inventory sells, so we confirm availability with the sales office on the day you ask.
